REGISTRATION TO OPEN IN JANUARY 2023
Our co-ed program provides exploration for young learners. The main objective is to provide an environment in which the children are involved in a broad range of recreational, intellectual and artistic activities and to have FUN! Your child will develop reading readiness through story time and cultivate understanding of basic math concepts through the use of calendar, puzzles, blocks and games. Our expert and nurturing preschool educators will foster gross motor skill through outdoor play and hikes and waken an appreciation of the art and crafts, music and nature.
Grades: Age 3 - 5 (Kindergarten)
STUART SUMMER ACADEMY
The Stuart Summer Academy is the premiere summer experience for young learners. Your elementary school aged daughter will explore the world around her right here on our beautifully wooded campus. With a perfectly balanced summer experience of academics coupled with afternoon themed activities, this camp is designed specifically for the interests and needs of a Lower School student.
For campers in grades 1 and 2, the morning is centered on play-based learning and emphasizes routines and developing skill sets. A focus on communication, community, and building friendships as well as an awareness of self-regulation skills are taught through routines and structures, hands-on learning, group instruction and center rotation. Daily sessions for campers in grades 3 and 4 are centered on thematic projects like nonfiction writing, math game days and fictional story writing. This camp provides the premier educational experience for girls through a balance of academia and experiential learning and is open to Stuart girls and non-Stuart girls alike.

RAISE HER VOICE leadership Camps
The National Center for Girls' Leadership at Stuart hosts a leadership development camp (formerly known as Girls Take Charge) for rising fifth & sixth grade girls and rising seventh to ninth grade girls. The NCGLS recently acquired the research-based and award-winning Girls Take Charge camp experience after running a successful program together in 2021. This experience emphasizes the adolescent girl's development of self and voice through participation in fun and powerful activities that will uncover her strength, confidence, and ability to self-advocate.
RAISE HER VOICE BUSINESS CAMP for high school girls
The National Center for Girls' Leadership at Stuart equips girls with the knowledge and confidence to be our next generation of risk-takers and changemakers. This week-long "mini MBA" camp for high school students is modeled after major university business programs and will delivered by women industry professionals and Stuart academic leadership. Attendees will cycle through workshops in business communication, conflict management, networking, professional etiquette, personal brand identification, and leadership style. To truly allow the young women in our program to envision their future and hear from mentors in the business world, there will be trips to women-led professional work spaces. This week-long experience is designed to be a young woman's first step on the path to the corner office.
sports camps for girls
