Stuart families have early access to registration from January 10-January 16. Registration opens to the public on Friday, January 17. Fill out the form below to receive communications when camp opens.

AUTOMATIC DISCOUNTS

Early bird registration (book by 3/7/25), multi-week, and sibling discounts are available for all Stuart hosted camps and will be taken off automatically at checkout. *Note: All discounts honored up to 10% for Stuart camps only.

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE

All Lower, Middle and Upper School camps end at 3:00 PM, with add-ons like before/after care.

STUART DINING SERVICES

Lunch is included for all full-day camps; there is an option to add lunch to half day camps and for Camp Stuart.

Registration, changes and cancellation policy

Registration for Summer Experience at Stuart Programs close one week prior to the first day of each camp week. Registration is completed via UltraCamp and a credit card payment in full is required at the time of registration. It is essential that camp medical forms are updated and returned one week prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued. If a program is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, every effort will be made to place campers in a similar program. If Stuart Country Day School cancels a program/camp session and is unable to place the camper in a similar program, a full refund will be issued.
