Retrieve your username and password

1. Please use the following link to access the mySTUART Parent portal: https://stuartschool.myschoolapp.com
   1. If you used "Sign In with Google" option for your myStuart account, you must be signed into that account for the Google authentication to function.
   2. If you did not use a Gmail account in your initial set-up, enter the email address that you used to obtain your Blackbaud SSID and then click "Forgot Password." 
2. Check both username and password boxes.
3. Click the Send Button. You will receive two emails.
4. The first email will contain your username.
5. The second email will contain a link to set your password. 
6. Open the link in the second, password, email and follow the instructions provided. 

If you forget your password in the future, follow these same steps to reset your password.
