Fifth graders enjoy Stuart tradition of bonding and team-building

Fifth graders enjoy Stuart tradition of bonding and team-building
On Tuesday, October 5, the fifth grade and their teachers enjoyed an afternoon of getting to know one another through team-building activities. For our new members of the Middle School, it is a Stuart tradition to spend time together outside of the classroom to build up our community and strengthen our relationships. While this normally would take place off site, COVID restrictions (and the weather) led to a change in location for this year. Teachers Patrice Dias and Allison Kohler led a fun and engaging afternoon with collaborative problem solving activities including moving across an imaginary river using limited resources. As a surprise treat, the girls enjoyed ice cream from Mister. Softee - another Stuart tradition!
