Lower School Diversity Board members help launch kindness campaign

In honor of World Kindness Day, our newly appointed Lower School Student Diversity Board led an introduction of the “Lead with Kindness” campaign. They began with a Q&A discussion about kindness, and then guided the whole school in a kindness awareness activity. Every student wrote down an act of kindness they either witnessed or can do themselves on a colorful sticky note and added to a colorful collage on a window in Millie's. The girls then explained that the campaign will continue over the next few weeks with teachers writing acts of kindness on paper strips that will be accumulated and made into a chain of kindness within the walls of the Lower School. In true Lower School fashion, the kindness launched ended with a confetti and bubble party, with uplifting music radiating throughout Millie's Garden. Click here for photos.
