Trentonian names junior Emily Harlan as field hockey Goalie of the Year; names three teammates to All-Prep team

Junior Emily Harlan has been named the Trentonian All-Prep Goalie of the Year!

Elise Price (Mid-Field), Alex Mandzij (Defender), and Nyla Flamer (Forward) were also named to the All-Prep Team.

Goalie of the Year – Emily Harlan: A huge part of the success at Stuart was due to the play of Harlan in the goal. A player with great ability to stay focused at the task at hand and one who always made the big save when the Tartans needed it.

Elise Price: Price was the answer in the midfield for Stuart. A hard working committed player to her team, she was always willing to take on every task. Price did it with excellence.

Alex Mandzij: Mandzij was the soul of the Tartans this season with a great sense of the game and the job that needs to be done. A player who always gave 100 percent, she was a leader on the field.

Nyla Flamer: Flamer’s play on the field can become contagious as she is perpetual motion with an eye on getting the Tartans a victory. A multi-talented player, she can fit anywhere on the field.
