Bindu Bansinath ’14 lands Apple series adaptation; debut novel Men Like Ours releases in May

It is a landmark year for Bindu Bansinath ’14, Stuart's Young Alumnae Award recipient from 2024. We are thrilled to share that Bindu is officially adding "Author" to her resume with her debut novel, Men Like Ours, hitting shelves via Bloomsbury this May.

The excitement doesn't stop at the bookstore, though. Apple is nearing a greenlight for a limited series starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Cecily Strong, inspired by Bindu’s viral New York Magazine article, “The Nanny Squatter.” The upcoming dramedy follows a couple’s descent into a tense power struggle with a seemingly perfect caregiver. We are so proud to see Bindu’s voice making waves from the page to the screen!
