Upper School

Orientation is an important meeting for all new students and parents who are new to the Upper School. Students will learn about their schedule, locations of their classrooms, their classmates, and their adviser. All new parents are invited to join us in the USRC at 10 AM for a presentation regarding the upcoming year and your daughter's transition. We will also have time for a Q&A to ensure you have all the information you and your daughter need for a successful transition.

-Parent Orientation for 9th Grade Parents and Transfer Student Parents: 10:00-11:00 AM

-Transfer Student Orientation: 10:00-12:00 PM

-9th Grade Orientation: 10:00-3:00 PM

Middle School Orientation
10:00 AM - Noon

This event is for fifth grade students and parents/guardians and all new students in grades 6-8. Orientation will cover all of the important details from what to do when you arrive at school to reading your schedule to accessing student email accounts. Students will be given tours and meet with all of their teachers and parents will be able to get all of their questions asked to make the transition as easy as possible. Students should bring the device they plan on using at Stuart (iPad, laptop, or Chromebook) so we can connect it to the school's Wifi and make sure their accounts are working properly.

Returning students may come after 12:30 PM to set up their lockers and any returning students who would like to volunteer to be an assistant at Orientation can email me directly. 

Peer Mentors should arrive at 8 am for training for orientation.

EC/Lower School

For all LS students and parents, in-person.
EC - 8:30 AM; JK-4th grade - 9 to 11 AM.
This is a "drop-in" format. All students must be accompanied by parents the entire time of visit.
