On March 31, seniors Julia Friedman and Sahana Mathiarasan presented TEDx Talks at the TEDxYouth@UrsulineAcademy event in Delaware. Julia spoke about her experience with journaling and how it has benefited her mental and emotional health. Sahana shared that her talk aimed "to reveal the misogyny embedded in actions as trivial as making fun of what music a teenage girl listens to and how that contributes to the devaluing of what a girl is passionate about and femininity."
You can now watch their talks on the official TEDx Talks YouTube channel. Both videos have already had over 600 views.
