Jan Baldwin's Upper School Cinematography class culminated the trimester with a presentation of their final projects to a full house at the Stuart Film Festival on Friday, March 1. Over the last few months, the students used "Define Time" and "What is Truth" as their prompts to create short films. Working in Stuart's fully-equipped Digital Arts Studio, the students had access to state-of-the-art equipment, including Canon T5 and T5i cameras, large-screen Mac computers, and Adobe Premiere Pro, the industry-leading professional video editing software. The students' films are representative of their own personal styles as they chose specific shots and lighting to help convey the underlying emotions that they sought to draw from their audiences.
