Camp families have up to two months (60 days) prior to the start of each camp week to cancel and receive a refund for that session, less $250 and the camper registration fee. Camp families who are using a payment plan and have not yet paid $250 or more for a camp week, are not entitled to a refund of any amount. Refund requests are only accepted by emailing info@lavnercamps.com.
Should you need to cancel within two months (60 days) of a session’s scheduled start date, the entire tuition is non-refundable. Tuition includes all payments toward camp including but not limited to regular camp hours, early arrival, extended day, private lessons, and lunch. Please note that you may be able to change your camp, camp week, or camp location during this period for a change fee of $50. Please see “Change of Camp Weeks” for details.
We do not provide make up days for missed days of camp, “no-shows”, or missed lessons regardless of reason.
Registration Fee: The $25 registration fee for each camper is non-refundable once paid.
