Strength and Mental Performance Program
Train the Athlete. Develop the Competitor.
Physical strength is one part of athletic performance. The rest is mental — and it's trainable. This summer, Stuart's strength and conditioning coach Alana Asch leads a six-week program that addresses both. Athletes will train their bodies and sharpen the mental skills that define elite competitors: focus, confidence, composure, and the ability to rise to the moment. This program is built for athletes who are serious about getting better.
Details: Six weeks | 12 sessions, Mondays and Thursdays | June 22–July 30, 4:30–6:00 PM | $80 per session or $850 for the full program | Grades Rising 6–12
