Lynette Lantin '93 is a 2023 inductee into the Stuart Alumnae Gallery
Lynette is the type of person that sees a need and fills it. A graduate of Boston College, Lynette pursued a career as a nurse, later becoming a nurse practitioner and serving patients during times of crisis, including the COVID pandemic. At a time when the stakes were the highest, Lynette ensured that the needs of her patients were always met.
Lynette, though, saw that there was still more that needed to be done. She pursued additional education and became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for children, adolescents and adults and continues to serve those today. When asked why she decided to take on this new challenge, she simply said ‘Because there is a need’.
Somehow, Lynette still finds time to juggle family responsibilities and provide care for her own parents all while taking on a new set of career responsibilities. She has been described by her classmates as simply ‘amazing’ and they each said that they are proud to know her.
