Academic and Learning Support

Academic support at Stuart grows out of our belief that every student deserves to be known, challenged, and supported. Through the lens of Cor Cordis, we connect learning with wellness and personal growth, ensuring that students develop not only strong academic skills but also the habits of mind and heart that last a lifetime.
The Stuart Learning Center is an integral part of this commitment. In a supportive environment where each girl is encouraged to reach her personal best, the Learning Center provides one-to-one or small-group instruction in math, reading, writing, and study skills. In this way, we meet enrichment or supplementary needs that cannot always be addressed in the classroom—ensuring that every student has the opportunity to grow with confidence.

In addition to the Learning Center, Stuart also offers fee-based enrichment programs open to all students, including Stuart Step Up and Stuart Support+. These programs provide targeted opportunities to strengthen foundational skills and develop executive functioning, complementing the core supports of the Learning Center.
