Dear Stuart families,
What a wonderful week we shared together! I feel overwhelmed with affection for this community I just met, and your embrace of me as your new Head of School has been heartwarming. So many kids popped into my office to say hi, shook my hand outside in the morning, and invited me to join their lunchtime and classroom conversations. I spent most of my week strolling around the campus to find them clutched with friends, huddled around work, or lounging in a quiet spot. Like me, they seem to be making themselves at home.
Students, you seem tired but happy. Parents, I am assuming you are feeling the same. Get some rest and congratulate yourselves on a terrific start to the school year.
