  • Register for Summer Arts Camp by June 1

    We have an amazing line-up of Summer Arts Camps planned for all ages, but we need your registration before Friday, June 1 to plan staffing.

    StuARTS is a visual and performing arts program for boys and girls entering Grades 1-5. Dominique Di Meglio, Emily Lesinski and Deb Land as well as alumnae Kaitlin McCarthy and Deb Gwazda ...

    Middle School and Performing Arts Camp (June 11-22) will be performing that great gangster musical: Bugsy Malone, directed by Henco Espag and Nicole Calabrese!

    Lower School Music Camps (June 25-29) including vocal and piano camps are taught by beloved Lower School Music Teacher Dominique Di Meglio.

    Middle and Upper School Arts Classes (June 11-15 & 25-29) include Digital Photography taught by Madeleaine Shellaby, Audition Camp with Henco Espag and Nicole Calabrese, Painting "En Pleine Aire" with artist Jennifer Hawkes (her beautiful artwork was featured in Stuart's Winter Art Exhibit), and Making an iMovie with movie producer and Stuart Alumna Sarah Anne Pierpont.

  • Upper School Students Accepted into Performing Arts Programs

    Bindu Bansinath has been accepted into Stone street studios Summer program. This is a film acting conservatory located in midtown Manhattan. Their summer program, in conjunction with NYU Tisch, is open to undergraduates by audition and a written application. The six week summer intensive covers techniques in screen acting, auditioning, directing.

    Additionally, Mary Kate Zavotsky has been accepted into the Rutgers Summer Acting Conservatory, a competitive, auditioned Summer program.

    Mark your calendars, Prize Days are right around the corner! In Sacred Heart tradition, Prize Day brings a formal end to the school year when we recognize our students for their academic growth and character formation throughout the year. Don’t miss these important dates coming up:

    Lower School Prize Day: Monday, June 4
    Middle School Prize Day: Tuesday, June 5
    Upper School Prize Day: Wednesday, June 6
    Graduation Liturgy: Saturday, June 9

  • Select Colleges Admissions Panel Tuesday, May 22

    Stuart is hosting a Select Colleges Admissions Panel Discussion on Tuesday, May 22 at 7:15PM in Cor Unum. Come learn how the application process really works at some of our nation’s selective colleges and universities. Our guest panel will include: Matt Hyde, Director of Admissions at Lafayette College, Chris Burkmar, Associate Dean of Admissions at Princeton University and Sarbeth Fleming, Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Multicultural Recruitment at Davidson College. Parents and students of Grades 9, 10, and 11 are especially encouraged to attend, but anyone interested in learning more is welcome!
