  • A parent or guardian must complete the online registration for each student using the Focus system (click here to go directly to the Focus Login.)
  • Instructions for registering can be downloaded from the Quick Links section on the right side of this page.
  • Returning parents will use the same Focus Login as last year.
  • New parents should have received Focus Login instructions via email.
  • School Directory contact information will be taken from Focus on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Contact information that is in Focus on this day will appear in the 2011-2012 School Directory.

Students must be registered before the participating in pre-season athletics, receiving an iPad2, or the first day of school.

Textbooks are provided for Lower School students at Stuart.  Middle and Upper School students must purchase their books, and may do so online through the Adams Book Company. To create a new account, use the following information:

Online registration forms must be completed by a parent or guardian using Stuart's Focus system (see Registration Tab above).

New Jersey State Textbook Loan Form is required for all students.

Physical Examination Form is required for new students, students entering grades 6, 9 and 11. In addition, all Upper School student athletes must submit a new Physical Examination Form each year.

Students in Lower School, grades K-5, and Middle School, grades 6-8, are required to wear a uniform. To ensure all uniforms meet the Stuart dress code, we request you purchase uniforms from one of our two official vendors, Flynn & O’Hara or Lands’ End. Gently used uniforms may be purchased in Stuart's Encore Emporium, open during the summer as well as the school year.

Gym clothes will be available for purchase at the School Division Orientations, or contact Kim Ciarrocca, Director of Athletic at kciarrocca@stuartschool.org.

Prior to participating in Stuart sports the following must be completed and received by the school:
  • On-line registration forms in Focus & contracted tuition payments
  • Physical Examination Form (All Upper School students, all 6th graders, and other new Stuart students)
  • Concussion testing (Upper School students only): contact katypaxton@stuartschool.org to make an appointment.

Students need to register in the Library and MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Students who miss this registration will need to contact Mrs. Ciarrocca directly (kciarrocca@stuartschool.org) for information about coming to practice.

All Fall Athletes are invited to a Season Kick Off Picnic Dinner on Thursday, Sept 1 at 6:15pm!

280 new iPads have arrived and are ready to transform learning at Stuart! Students in Grades 6-12 will need to attend an iPad Boot Camp with a parent before receiving her iPad. Boot Camps are offered for four weeks in August, twice a day, from 8:30–11:30am or 12:30–3:30pm.

Extended care is available for pre-school - grade 5 students from 7:00am and after school until 6:00pm.

After School Enrichment Courses for fall 2011 include dance, drawing and yoga for pre-school - grade 5, and digital photography for middle school students.
